COMMUNITY MEASURE: Council Regulation (EC) 1631/98.
SUBSTANCE: the Council has decided to extend the deadline for introducing a simplified vineyard
register to 31 December 1999 in Spain and to 31 December 2000 in Greece and Portugal.
