EC/Turkey customs union: EIB special action programme

The European Parliament voted to approve without amendment the Commission proposal, drafted by Mr Esko SEPPANEN (EUL/NGL, Fin), to establish a special action programme that will consolidate the 1995 EC-Turkey Customs Union.
