Euro: protection against counterfeiting, PERICLES programme 2002-2005, extension to States which have not adopted euro

Using the procedure without debate, the European Parliament adopted the report by Gerhard Schmid (PES, D) on extending the Pericles programme, which deals with the protection of the euro against counterfeiting, to Member States who have not adopted the euro as their single currency. The proposal was approved without amendments.�
