EC/Israel agreement: protocol to the Euro-Mediterranean agreement following the 2004 enlargement

The Commission has proposed a draft Decision aiming to approve a Protocol to Euro-Mediterranean Agreement between the EU and Israel in order to take account of the accession of the 10 new Member States to the EU. The most important aspects of the protocol are provision for the accession of the new Member States to the EU-Israel Association Agreement, adaptation of the Protocol on agricultural products and inclusion of the new official languages of the EU.
