European Commission: election for the term of office running from 22 November 2004 to 31 October 2009 and resolution on the election of the new Commission

ACT : Council Decision 2004/780/EC, Euratom appointing the President and Members of the Commission of the European Communities.

CONTENT : the Council adopted the Decision appointing the Members of the Commission of the European Communities. This Decision shall take effect on 22 November 2004 until 31 October 2009:
