Europol: adjusting the basic salaries and allowances applicable to staff. Initiative Greece

PURPOSE : to adjust the basic salaries and allowances applicable to Europol Staff. COMMUNITY MEASURE : Council Decision adjusting the basic salaries and allowances applicable to Europol staff. CONTENT : the Council has adopted the Decision to adjust the basic salaries and allowances of officials of Europol. Having regard to the review of remuneration of officials of Europol by the Management Board of Europol, this Decision takes account of the review of remuneration of officials of Europol by the Management Board of Europol. The review takes into consideration the changes in the cost of living in the Netherlands, as well as of the changes in salaries in the public service in the Member States. The said review justifies an increase of 4.4% of remuneration for the period between 1 July 2002 and 1 July 2003.�
