2003 discharge: Convention on the future of the European Union

The European Parliament adopted a resolution drafted by Alexander STUBB (EPP-ED, Finland) and gave its assent to the granting of discharge to the Secretary-General of the Convention in respect of the implementation of its budget for the financial year 2003.
