EC/Serbia and Montenegro Framework Agreement: participation in Community programmes

This document is the draft final Framework Agreement as negotiated between the European Union and Albania, Bosnia and Herzegovina, Croatia, the former Yugoslav Republic of Macedonia and Serbia and Montenegro establishing the general principles of the participation of these countries in Community programmes.
