CONTENT : the Council adopted a Regulation imposing restrictive measures directed against certain persons and entities in view of the situation in Côte d'Ivoire. This Regulation seeks to transpose into Community law the restrictive measures decided on by the United Nations Security Council in Resolution 1572(2004) concerning the freezing of funds and economic resources of certain persons and entities who constitute a threat to the peace and reconciliation process in Côte d'Ivoire.
