External policy: restrictive measures directed against persons and entities constituting a threat to the peace in the Ivory Coast following the UN Security Council Resolution 1572 from 2004

CONTENT : to impose certain specific restrictive measures directed against certain persons and entities in view of the situation in Côte d'Ivoire.

LEGISLATIVE ACT :  Council Regulation 560/2005/EC imposing certain specific restrictive measures directed against certain persons and entities in view of the situation in Côte d'Ivoire.

CONTENT : the Council adopted a Regulation imposing restrictive measures directed against certain persons and entities in view of the situation in Côte d'Ivoire. This Regulation seeks to transpose into Community law the restrictive measures decided on by the United Nations Security Council in Resolution 1572(2004) concerning the freezing of funds and economic resources of certain persons and entities who constitute a threat to the peace and reconciliation process in Côte d'Ivoire.
