Combating terrorism: specific restrictive measures against certain persons and entities

ACT : Council Decision 2006/379/EC implementing Article 2(3) of Regulation 2580/2001/EC on specific restrictive measures directed against certain persons and entities with a view to combating terrorism and repealing Decision 2005/930/EC.

CONTENT : to recall, on 21 December 2005, the Council adopted Decision 2005/930/EC implementing Article 2(3) of Regulation 2580/2001/EC on specific restrictive measures directed against certain persons and entities with a view to combating terrorism and repealing Decision 2005/848/EC.  It has been decided to adopt an updated list of the persons, groups and entities to which Regulation 2580/2001/EC applies.
