This Working Document completes the Report from the Commission to the Parliament on the Follow-up to 2004 Discharge Decisions. It presents the answers to the 150 specific recommendations made by the European Parliament in the comments accompanying its Resolutions on the 2004 Discharges (see summary dated 27 April 2006).
