Classification of wood in the rough

The European Parliament adopted a resolution drafted by Arlene McCARTHY (PES, UK) approving the proposed decision repealing Council Directive 68/89/EEC on the approximation of the laws of the Member States concerning the classification of wood in the rough. The resolution was passed with 570 votes in favour to none against with 7 abstentions.
