2005 discharge: 6th, 7th, 8th and 9th European Development Funds EDF

The Council examined the revenue and expenditure account and the balance sheet relating to the 8^th EDF as at 31 December 2005 as well as the Court of Auditors' report together with the Commission's replies. Given that the overall implementation by the Commission of the operations of the 8^th EDF have been satisfactory, the Council recommends that the European Parliament give the Commission a discharge in respect of the implementation of the operations of the 8^th EDF for the financial year 2005.
