EC/Chile Association Agreement: accession of Bulgaria and Romania to the EU. Protocol

The Committee on International Trade adopted, in accordance with the simplified procedure (Rule 43(1) of the Rules of Procedure) the recommendation of

Helmuth MARKOV (GUE-NGL, DE), and invited the European Parliament to give its assent to the conclusion of a Second Additional Protocol to the Agreement establishing an Association between the European Community and its Member States, of the one part, and Chile, of the other part, to take account of the accession of the Republic of Bulgaria and Romania to the EU.
