The Committee on Legal Affairs  adopted the report by Hans-Peter MAYER (EPPE-ED, DE) approving without amendment – in the 1st reading of the co-decision procedure – the proposal for a directive of the European Parliament and of the Council applying rules of competition to transport by rail, road and inland waterway (codified version).
