EC/Chile Association Agreement: accession of Bulgaria and Romania to the EU. Protocol

This decision aims to conclude, on behalf of the Community, the Second Additional Protocol to the Agreement establishing an Association between the European Community and its Member States, of the one part, and the Republic of Chile, of the other part, to take account of the accession of the Republic of Bulgaria and Romania to the European Union.

The text of this decision conforms to the Commission’s initial proposal (please refer to the previous initial proposal dated 07/05/2007).
