Court of Auditors: appointment of Harald Noack

PURPOSE: appointment of Mr NOACK as a member of the Court of Auditors.
LEGISLATIVE ACT: Council Decision 2008/41/EC, Euratom appointing seven members of the Court of Auditors.
CONTENT: The Council approves the appointment of Mr Harald NOACK (Germany) as a member of the Court of Auditors (replacement of Mrs Hedda VON WEDEL).
His term of office will cover the period running from 1 January 2008 to 31 December 2013.
