Common agricultural policy CAP: common rules for direct support schemes, and certain support schemes for farmers

The Committee on Agriculture and Rural Development adopted the report by Neil PARISH (EPP-ED, UK) approving unamended, in the framework of the consultation procedure, the proposal for a Council regulation amending Regulation (EC) No 1782/2003 establishing common rules for direct support schemes under the common agricultural policy and establishing certain support schemes for farmers.
