Structural Funds: Commission implementing powers

PURPOSE : amending Regulation 1260/1999/EC laying down general provisions ion the Structural Funds. COMMUNITY MEASURE : Council Regulation 1105/2003/EC amending Regulation 1260/1999/EC laying down general provisions ion the Structural Funds. CONTENT : the Council adopted a Regulation amending Regulation 1260/1999/EC laying down general provisions on the Structural Funds. The objective of this amendment is to bring into line the provisions of Regulation 1260/1999 relating to committees which assist the Commission in the exercise of its implementing powers, to the provisions of the Decision 1999/468 laying down the procedures for the exercise of implementing powers conferred on the Commission.
