European Environment Agency and European Environment Information and Observation Network. Codification

PURPOSE: to undertake a codification of Council Regulation (EEC) No 1210/90 on the establishment of the European Environment Agency and the European environment information and observation network.

LEGISLATIVE ACT : Regulation (EC) No 401/2009 of the European Parliament and of the Council on the European Environment Agency and the European Environment Information and Observation Network (Codified version).

CONTENT: the purpose of this Regulation is to undertake a codification of Council Regulation (EEC) No 1210/90. The Regulation supersedes the various acts incorporated in it. It fully preserves the content of the acts being codified and hence does no more than bring them together with only such formal amendments as are required by the codification exercise itself.
