Wheeled agricultural or forestry tractors: roll-over protection (repeal. Directive 77/536/EEC). Codification
LEGISLATIVE ACT: Directive 2009/57/EC of the European Parliament and of the Council relating to the roll-over protection structures of wheeled agricultural or forestry tractors (codified version).
CONTENT: the purpose of this Directive is to undertake a codification of Council Directive 77/536/EEC of 28 June 1977 on the approximation of the laws of the Member States relating to the roll-over protection structures of wheeled agricultural or forestry tractors.
The new Directive will supersede the various acts incorporated in it. The Directive fully preserves the content of the acts being codified and hence does no more than bring them together with only such formal amendments as are required by the codification exercise itself.
