Court of Auditors: appointment of Gijs M. de Vries (NL) as a Member

PURPOSE: to appoint a member of the Court of Auditors.
LEGISLATIVE ACT: Council Decision 2010/696/EC appointing a member of the Court of Auditors.
CONTENT: Mr Maarten B. ENGWIRDA, member of the Court of Auditors, has resigned with effect from 1 January 2011. The Council has decided to appoint Mr Gijs M. de VRIES as his replacement as a member of the Court of Auditors for the period from 1 January 2011 to 31 December 2013.
