Court of Auditors: appointment of Harald Wögerbauer (AT)

PURPOSE: appointment of the Austrian member of the Court of Auditors.
NON-LEGISLATIVE ACT: Council Decision 2011/183/EU appointing a member of the Court of Auditors.
CONTENT: following the resignation on 1 January 2011 of Mr Hubert WEBER from the position as member of the Court of Auditors, the Council decided to appoint Mr Harald WÖGERBAUER as member of the Court of Auditors for the remainder of the term of office to run, i.e. from 1 April 2011 to 31 December 2013.
