Amending budget 5/2011: establishment plans of the European Data Protection Supervisor and the European External Action Service

On 22 June 2011, the Commission submitted to the Council draft amending budget (DAB) No 5 to the general budget for 2011, covering the modifications to the establishment plans of the European Data Protection Supervisor and the European External Action Service, both without any additional budgetary requests.
On 12 September 2011, the Council adopted its position on draft amending budget No 5 of the European Union for the financial year 2011 as set out in the technical annex to the explanatory memorandum of the Council draft budget.
