Application of the Charter of Fundamental Rights of the European Union to the Czech Republic. Protocol (amend.). Consent to not to convene a Convention

According to the draft protocol on the application of the Charter of Fundamental Rights of the EU to the Czech Republic (which aims to add this country to the Protocol on the extension of the Charter of Fundamental Rights), this proposal aims not to convene a Convention to consider the proposal to extend to the Czech Republic Protocol 30 on the implementation of the Charter of Fundamental Rights of the European Union to Poland and the United Kingdom.
