Amending budget 5/2013: mobilisation of the EU Solidarity Fund for Slovenia, Croatia and Austria

On 2 May 2013, the Commission submitted to the Council draft amending budget (DAB) No 5/2013 regarding the mobilisation of the EU Solidarity Fund, for a total amount of EUR 14 607 942 in commitment and payment appropriations.
The objective of this proposal is to provide financial assistance to Slovenia, Croatia and Austria in response to flooding disasters that occurred in October and November 2012.
The corresponding appropriations are to be recorded under Article 13 06 01 (EU Solidarity Fund - Member States).
On 15 July 2013, the Council adopted its position on draft amending budget No 5/2013 as set out in the technical annex to the explanatory memorandum of this Council draft amending budget.
