EC/South Africa Trade, Development and Cooperation Agreement: accession of Croatia to the EU. Protocol

PURPOSE: to conclude an Additional Protocol to the Agreement on Trade, Development and Cooperation between the European Community and its Member States, of the one part, and South Africa, of the other part, to take account of the accession of Croatia to the European Union.

NON LEGISLATIVE ACT: Council Decision (EU) 2015/1294 on the conclusion, on behalf of the European Union and its Member States, of the Additional Protocol to the Agreement on Trade, Development and Cooperation between the European Community and its Member States, of the one part, and the Republic of South Africa, of the other part, to take account of the accession of the Republic of Croatia to the European Union.

CONTENT: on behalf of the Union and its Member States, the Decision approves the Additional Protocol to the Agreement on Trade, Development and Cooperation between the European Community and its Member States, of the one part, and the Republic of South Africa, of the other part, to take account of the accession of the Republic of Croatia to the European Union.

In accordance with Council Decision (EU) 2015/733, the Additional Protocol was signed, subject to its conclusion.
