Convention of 26 July 1995 on the protection of the European Communities' financial interests and its Protocols: accession of Croatia

The European Parliament adopted by 599 votes to 26, with 26 abstentions, a legislative resolution on the recommendation for a Council decision concerning the accession of Croatia to the Convention of 26 July 1995, drawn up on the basis of Article K.3 of the Treaty on European Union, on the protection of the European Communities' financial interests, as well as its Protocols.

In line with its Committee on Civil Liberties, Justice and Home Affairs, Parliament approved the Commission recommendation.
