EP Rules of Procedure, Rule 61(2): adoption of amendments to a Commission proposal; interpretation

The European Parliament decided to append the interpretation of Rule 61(2) of the Rules of Procedure:

‘Nothing prevents Parliament from deciding to hold, if appropriate, a concluding debate following the report by the Committee responsible to which the matter has been referred back.’
