Court of Auditors: appointment of a Portuguese member

PURPOSE: to appoint a Portuguese member to the Court of Auditors.
NON-LEGISLATIVE ACT: Council Decision (EU, Euratom) 2016/1763 appointing three members of the Court of Auditors.
CONTENT: with this Decision, the Council decided to appoint João Alexandre TAVARES GONÇALVES DE FIGUEIREDO as a member of the Court of Auditors for the period from 1 October 2016 to 28 February 2018.
ENTRY INTO FORCE: the Decision shall enter into force on 29.9.2016.
