Commissioner Bjerregaard stated that she could accept almost
none of Parliament’s amendments. In particular she rejected Amendments Nos 1,
2 (in part), 5, 9, 11, 13, 14, 15, 16, 17, 18, 20, 21, 22, 26, 27, 28, 29,
30, 31, 32 and 33 and the first part of Amendments Nos 3, 4, 7 and 12.
