EC staff regulations: arrangements for the adjustment of remunerations and temporary contribution

PURPOSE : to extend by two years the period of validity of the adaptation arrangements of renumerations and pensions of the Officials of the European Institutions. COMMUNITY MEASURE : Council Regulation 2805/2000/EC, ECSC, Euratom amending the Staff Regulation of Officials of the European Communities as regards the arrangements for the adjustment of renumerations and the temporary contribution. CONTENT : this Regulation aims to extend the renumeration system and the current pension system for a period of two years, that is until 01.07.2003 in the wait of a new Commission proposal (due out 20 December 2001) aiming to completely revise the Statute and in particular the arrangement for the adjustment of renumerations and the temporary contribution of Staff in the Community institutions. ENTRY INTO FORCE : 22.12.2000. This Regulation shall apply from 01.07.2001.�
