EC staff regulation: recruitment of officials following the 1995 enlargement of the Community

The Council adopted the Regulation introducing special and
temporary measures applicable to the recruitment of officials of the European
Communities as a result of the accession of Austria,
Finland and Sweden. The
statement made by the Commission on this subject is set out in the Annex.
