Fisheries and aquaculture sector: arrangements regarding Community structural assistance (amend. Regul. 3699/93/EEC)

The Council took over the amendment to the Regulation, which was aimed at adapting the basic Regulation in order to take account of the rapid developments that had taken place in the working conditions of fishing vessels, on the one hand, and in the value of the fisheries rights associated with these vessels, on the other.
