Expenditure in the veterinary field (amend. Decision 90/424/EEC)

PURPOSE : to adopt a proposal which amends Decision 90/424/EEC on expenditure in the veterinary field. COMMUNITY MEASURE : Council Decision 2001/12/EC amending Decision 90/424/EEC on expenditure in the veterinary field. CONTENT : the Council adopted the Decision amending Decision 90/424/EEC. The specific veterinary actions defined in Decision 90/424/EEC would be financed as from 1 January 2000 by the Guarantee Section of the European Agricultural Guidance and Guarantee Fund (EAGGF) in order to achieve the objectives set out in Article 33(1) of the Treaty. �
