Convention on the future of the European Convention: financing, extension Interinstitutional Agreement of 28/02/2002

On the 26 November 2002, a new draft Interinstitutional Agreement was proposed by the European Parliament, the Council and the Commission which approves entirely the version of the draft Interinstitutional Agreement of 8 November 2002 (please refer to the former initial proposal).�
