EC/San Marino agreement: customs union and cooperation agreement following the 1995 enlargement

OBJECTIVE: adoption of a Protocol to the Agreement on Cooperation and Customs Union between the European Economic Community and the Republic of San Marino consequent upon the accession of Austria, Finland and Sweden to the European Union. SUBSTANCE: the sole aim of the Protocol is to make Austria, Sweden and Finland parties to the basic agreement signed on 16 December 1991 between the Community and the Republic of San Marino. The texts drawn up in Finnish and Swedish therefore also become authentic, like the original texts. �
