EEA Agreement: amending Annex XXII on Company law

This decision by the European Economic Area Joint Committee (No 10/94 of 7 June 1994) sought to amend Annex XXII (Company law) to the EEA Agreement. It involved a technical amendment aimed at integrating Directive 94/8/EC of 21 March 1994 amending Directive 78/660/EEC on the revision of the amounts expressed in ecus (OJ L 82/94). Given that this decision by the EEA Joint Committee supplemented the EEA Agreement itself, the Council of the European Union considered that the decision should be approved by itself after having received the opinion of the European Parliament. �
