EC/Denmark/Greenland fisheries agreement: period from the 1st January 2001 to 31 December 2006. 4th protocol

PURPOSE : to establish the Fourth Protocol laying down the conditions relating to fishing between the EEC, Denmark and Greenland. COMMUNITY MEASURE : Council Regulation 1575/2001/EC on the conclusion of the Fourth Protocol laying down the conditions relating to the fishing provided for in the Agreement on fisheries between the European Economic Community, on the one hand, and the Government of Denmark and the local Government of Greenland, on the other. CONTENT : under this new Protocol, approved on behalf of the Community, Community fishermen will enjoy fishing opportunities in waters under the jurisdiction of Greenland from 1 January 2001 to 31 December 2006.
