ACP/EC Lomé Convention: agreement amending the 4th ACP/EC Convention

PREVIOUS POSITION OF THE EP: On 16 May 1990 the European Parliament gave its assent in the form of a legislative resolution to the conclusion of the Fourth ACP-EEC Convention.
