Conditions for structural measures in the fisheries and aquaculture sector (amend. regul. 3699/93/EEC)

The Committee endorses the proposed three amendments. It does, however, recommend that the Commission propose to the Council an appropriate amendment to Regulation 2081/92 so that fish caught at sea, which do have specific qualities resulting from the processing techniques used and which otherwise meet the conditions of Article 2.4., are not excluded from eligibility from registration.�
