Budgetary discipline: amendments following the European Council of Edinburgh

By the report by Mr Colom I Naval, the Committee sought to amend the proposed text of the Council decision in order to include clauses stemming from the new Interinstitutional Agreement, in particular those relating to the protection of Non-Compulsory Expenditure (NCE) in relation to Compulsory Expenditure (CE), those concerning reserves, the agreement on the agricultural guideline, revision of the financial perspective in the event of enlargement etc. �
