2004 enlargement: adapting the financial reference of the 6th framework programme Euratom

The committee adopted the report by Reimer BÖGE (EPP-ED, D) approving the proposal unamended under the consultation procedure. It nevertheless asked for the budgetary authority to be more fully involved in the definition of the financial impact of the legislative programmes in accordance with the Interinstitutional Agreement on financial statements.�
