1997 discharge: EC general budget (other sections)

By adopting the report by Mr Juan Manuel Fabra Valles (PPE, E), the committee proposes to the House that it grant discharge to the European Parliament, the Court of Justice, the Court of Auditors and the Committee of the Regions in respect of the implementation of their respective budgets for the 1997 financial year. In the case of the Economic and Social Committee, on the other hand, it proposes postponement of discharge. �
