Action against anti-personnel landmines in third countries other then developing countries

This amended proposal for a Regulation concerning action against anti-personnel landmines in third countries other than developing countries, is the result of the Commission's decision to produce two identical Regulations on landmines, split according to geographic coverage. The split requires only minor amendments in the legal text, namely the preamble, the last Recital and Article 1. The rest remains unchanged. It must be further highlighted that the two Regulations (the first relating to developing countries and the second, to third countries other than developing countries) will have identical texts. �
