EEC/San Marino cooperation and customs union agreement and Protocol

The Council adopted Decision 2002/245/EC concerning the conclusion of the cooperation and customs union agreement between the Community and the Republic of San Marino and the protocol to the said agreement following enlargement, which entered into force on 1 January 1995.�
