The committee adopted the report by Marit PAULSEN (ELDR, S) approving the proposal (under the codecision procedure, 1st reading), subject to just one amendment aimed at ensuring that the date of entry into force of the directive corresponded to the date of application of the new regulation on animal by-products not intended for human consumption.�
