Results of the WTO negotiations on financial services and on movement of natural persons

The committee unanimously adopted the report by Mr KITTELMAN (PPE, D), which tabled two amendments to the proposal for a decision. These amendments stipulated that the legal basis for consulting Parliament should be the second subparagraph of Article 228(3) rather than the first subparagraph as the Commission had proposed.
