Transport of dangerous goods by road: type-approval of motor vehicles and trailers (amend. Directive 70/156/EEC)

The Committee adopted Mr LE RACHINEL's draft recommendation for second reading under the cooperation procedure on Council's common position on the proposal for a directive relating to motor vehicles and their trailers with regard to the transport of dangerous goods. As definitive adoption of the directive should not be delayed, no further amendments at second reading were tabled. �
