Extension of the PHARE programme to Bosnia and Herzegovina (amend. Regul. 3906/89/EEC)

The proposal for a regulation aims at amending Regulation 3906/89/EEC with a view to extending the PHARE programme to Bosnia-Herzegovina. The extension follows the peace agreement signed by that country on 21.11.95. �
